Designed by professional players and UEFA licensed coaches from Europe & Hong Kong, International Football Insitute was designed to provide professional football training for all ages & abilities, here in Hong Kong. With over 250 clients, our players range from professional footballers with over a decade of experience to those kicking a football for the first time.

Our training philosophy
At International Football Institute, our trainings are based on the best practises of European football development.
An emphasis on technique, improving game specific 'football fitness', the ability to play with both feet, a sound tactical understanding of the game and more- the 'total' player.
On average, each player in our sessions will get over 230-250 contacts with the ball, more than double the average - leading to rapid development for our players.
Our training is available for all ages and all abilities, from first time players to those with a life-time of playing experience.
